- detailed scheduling of all planned work (spring software or other preferred by the client)
- definition of the workforce
- organigram processing
- Definition of logistics (office containers, showers, locker rooms, etc.).
- definition of means and equipment
- development of the quality plan
- Development of special safety procedures, risk analysis and elaboration of the pos (safety operating plan)
- Qualification, where necessary, of specific welding procedures
- Processing documents for permitting practices where necessary
- Processing of any structural checks for work on pressure equipment
